Design Insight

This kitchen blends clean-lined mid-century design with modern materials and functionality. Slab-front cabinetry and minimal detailing complement the home’s 1960s architecture, while the matte black and gold accents introduce contrast and visual interest.

We incorporated the original leaded-glass window into the design, creating a natural focal point. Glass-front cabinets display the homeowners’ favorite pieces, while integrated appliance garages keep countertops clean and uncluttered. The custom-built arch over the bar area adds architectural character and defines a secondary focal point within the space.
