We’re searching for a Carpenter to join a mission-driven team where culture and values come first. Here, success is measured by how we live our core values every day:

What You’ll Do
- Full remodeling tasks including demo, high-quality cabinet installation, drywall, and trim for
a flawless finished product - Collaborate effectively with other job site members, contractors, and designers
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in carpentry or remodeling
- Committed to quality craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable in meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations
- Ability to read and execute job site plans
